We offer multiple ways to pay rent

Pay Online

GDAA Property Management, LLC allows our tenants to pay their rent online using an eCheck or a Credit Card (convenience fees apply).

Cash Pay

PayLease Cash simplifies rent payments by allowing tenants to pay their rent at participating retail stores during hours that suit their schedule. PayLease Cash payments are posted to GDAA Property Management collection in real time.

How to make a cash payment with PayLease
  • Simply find the nearest CheckFreePay agent location. Two locations near our office in Round Rock are HEB, and/or Walmart. You can also look online to find other participating stores.
  • Tell the customer service representative that you would like to make a payment on a bill.
  • Present you PayLease card and cash payment to the service representative.
  • Keep your receipt; for questions about your payment, contact GDAA Property Management.
Mail Your Payment

You can mail your payment to our office. Rent payment MUST be received in our office by the 3rd of the month. If payment has not been received by the 3rd of the month, late fees will be assessed, regardless of the date payment was postmarked.
