Meet The Team
As the owner and broker of GDAA Property Management Greg is the visionary and chief processes officer. If he is obsessed with anything it is “how can we do it better and continue to improve customer service?” Ok, he might be obsessed with all things Texas but really shouldn’t everyone? Greg keeps the staff challenged and laughing all in the same week.
As project manager Jeff has his hand in many aspects of the business including human resources, software development, and strategic planning. He is determined, positive, and genuinely cares about the staff and helping them achieve their objectives.
One would think Tricia had a previous life of working as a juggler or maybe a counselor talking people off the ledge. Her day consists of working with owners, tenants, vendors and our own staff to get maintenance issues taken care of in a timely manner to everyone’s satisfaction. Extremely resourceful, lighthearted, and a nurturing heart she really cares about our tenants and owners and it shows. Tricia smiling or laughing is the norm for her and attitude permeates the office.
Rebecca is our anchor of experience and background in property management that our team relies on. This vertically challenged property manager is a baking extraordinaire but there is more. She also rides horses, decorates cakes like a boss on the food network and can fix your car.
The bookkeeper, the accountant, the man who has brought professionalism and order to his department. Dean is reserved and immensely creative. It is little known he is an expert guitar player. It would be difficult to find someone more genuine than Dean. He is a gifted instructor and has a ready analogy for any occasion--again the teacher he is.
Mariana is one of the friendliest people you'll meet. She values time with her family and friends, and is always honest. She loves movies and cooking, and helping her fellow co-workers with everyday tasks. Marina generally makes everything she works on better as she continues to be innovative with our processes. She has quickly transitioned into our lead on developing staff training procedures.
As a property manager one must wear a variety hats with much responsibilities during the course of the day. Elizabeth does this well with zeal a she excels at detail and customer service. If Liz is out of the office you will likely find her outdoors as she knows her way around a ranch and is a sought-after horse trainer. Her previous experiences (to name only a few of many) include U.S. Army Reserve veteran and combat medic. Liz is a tremendous gain for our tenants and owners of GDAA Property Management.
Lizette is on the applications team. She is outgoing, very friendly and always likes to help others. Once you visit with her by phone you will notice rather quickly how composed and dependable she really is. Lizette loves DIY projects but most of all enjoys spending time with family, watching movies and taking pictures.
Managing our listing department Steve is always on the move. With an easy-going attitude and an eye for detail Steve is ideal for assisting new tenants in selecting a property that works best for them. When not at work he enjoys hiking numerous local trails, watching sports and admittedly has a slight ice cream issue.
As one of our assistant property managers Gerry is a natural with his bright disposition and willingness to jump in and help attitude. He is most capable and never says no to a project. Outside of work you will find Gerry either playing sports, watching his Vikings (a byproduct of growing up in Minnesota) or his favorite spending time with his family.
