Our goal is to obtain qualified applicants as rapidly as possible. We provide a competitive rental price analysis which combines market data with our professional knowledge of current market conditions to give you the most competitive and accurate pricing. Our goal is to be realistic and effective at the same time so we can maximize your rental income.

• We have professional photos and video tours done for each of our properties. These professional photos and videos result in renting the property much faster.
• We partner with other listing platforms such as (Austin Board of Realtors,Williamson County Association of Realtors, Trulia, Realtor.com, Rentals.com and Craigslist) to ensure your property is receiving the exposure it needs to stay occupied.
• We utilize (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to showcase your property with professional photos and videos.
• Just as in property sales, the rental market timeframe is fluid. Weather, time of year, and the availability of properties on the market for lease all play into the timeframe of securing a tenant. This is why we believe it is important to provide you with a weekly market update. Generally, vacant properties are leased within a 30 day time frame.
• When homes are market-ready, we are able to market within (48 business hours) of the listing appointment! For existing clients, we start marketing your property 30-45 days prior to the tenant moving out to keep the vacancy of your home at a minimum.
• Due to our video marketing of each property, above average commissions paid to potential tenants realtors, and our weekly review of market conditions, our occupancy rate is usually at 95% or better.
• Owners are never charged a marketing fee as all photos and videos are included in our management packages.
