Jarrell is an up and coming bedroom community that has seen tremendous growth in the last couple of years. Located in Williamson County, Jerrell has many wide open and undeveloped spaces. The lower cost of housing for both sales and rental prices continue to fuel growth. Located 10 min. north of Georgetown makes for a short drive to all major shopping areas. It is not uncommon to have military families relocate to Jarrell and commute as Ft Hood is one of the major employers.
GDAA Property Management currently manages a number of homes in Jarrell as it is a short 20 min drive from our office. Over the years, we have found the residents usually renew at a high rate providing a stable tenancy for the owner.
