Summary of Rental Qualifications and Application Process

Government issued ID, proof of income (two most recent pay stubs, two years' tax returns, or a signed letter from employer on company letterhead. We do not accept bank statements), PetScreening application with photos and vet records for pets, if applicable, minimum of two years' rental history. All adults 18+ living in the home must submit their own separate application and pay a $60.00 application fee.

Security deposit is due within 48 hours of application approval.

Common reasons for denial of application – Incomplete application, evictions, collections from previous landlord, credit scores less than 550. Scores between 500-549 may be considered with an additional risk mitigation fee of $250. Additional reasons for denial may include violent crimes, prostitution, domestic violence and/or involving the possession of weapons or illegal substance, manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance. An exception may be made for type and age of offense, please provide details to the Application Coordinator.
