Renting From GDAA Property Management

 

GDAA Property Management has a large selection of rental properties in the Austin area. Our company manages properties from as far north as Jarrell, TX to as far south as Kyle, TX. Our properties rent from $700 to $2500 a month and consist of single family homes, condos, town homes, & multi-unit (duplex, quads) rentals.

To lease one of our properties you will need to submit a completed application for each person over the age of 18 to our office. There is a $45 non-refundable application fee required for each application submitted. Application fees must be paid prior to your application being processed and can either be paid online or with certified funds or can be submitted with the application.

After receiving an application all applications are screened through Background Info USA and the following information is checked:

  • Credit Report and History
  • National Eviction Reports
  • Tenant Performance Reports
  • Public Records/Judgments
  • Sexual Predator/Terrorist databases
  • Rental History Verification
  • Employment Verification

If you are approved for leasing our property, we'll call you and make arrangements for signing the lease and moving in.
