Facilitate the day-to-day needs of tenants, owners, and prospects that pertain to property manager’s portfolio. Included but not limited to: new lease preparation, communicating with owner, tenant, and realtor clients. Updating property management software and review of owner and tenant ledgers. Good telephone and computer skills. Ability to multi-task and have tremendous customer service skills. Monday—Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
Business Development Manager
Work with incoming leads from inquiry to close. Create CMA’s. Create Management Agreements to prospective owners and investors. Develop business relationships with realtors and realty brokerages. Negotiate management agreements. Update lead tracking systems. Base plus commission salary.
Place sign and lock box on property. Take marketing photos. Take marketing videos. Update MLS. Update GDAA Property Management tracking software. Update owner clients on a weekly basis regarding status of property.
